Leading Actor Signed for Upcoming Marijuana Movie: Four Hundred and Twenty Dollars

They promised another update, and they delivered!

Arpi-revo, an independent film studio, has announced via Twitter that actor/comedian Ali Musa has officially signed for the lead role in Four Hundred and Twenty Dollars.

Four Hundred and Twenty Dollars is an independent full length comedy, set to premier next year. Since Arpi-revo announced the film on 4/20 of this year, we are willing to bet they are aiming the debut for 4/20 of next year. I guess it doesn’t take a genius to figure that one out.

The comedy follows a group of friends in a hazy and adventurous search for an expensive but rare VHS tape. This is all we know about the movie so far but weed + some vhs nostalgia? Just hand over the damn popcorn!
